You appear to be using Firefox. Note that, while the chatroom in general will work, enabling webcam will NOT work. You will be able to see yourself but others users will not see you.
If you want to enable your webcam in the chatroom, Chromium based browsers are known to work. Apart from Chromium itself this includes Google Chrome, Brave, Opera and many others.
